How do I place an order on Alleavia?

Browse our pet accessories, choose your favorite items, select any options (size, color, etc.), and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart, click “Checkout,” and follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we’ll guide you through the return process. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Some items (e.g., personalized products) may be non‑returnable.
