Temperament

Affectionate, sociable, playful, vocal (less so than Siamese). Burmese love everyone in the family and tend to remain kitten-like for years.

Exercise

Hypokalaemic polymyopathy (DNA test). Diabetes (over-represented). Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Burmese head defect (rare).
