Our mission
Pet ownership is one of the most rewarding relationships in life — and one of the most confusing. Conflicting advice from breeders, social media, and even vets leaves owners second-guessing every decision. We started Alleavia to fix that.
We've built 328+ free, evidence-based tools that take the guesswork out of feeding, sizing, dosing, breeding and care — and we stock a small range of supplies we'd happily buy for our own pets.

Every calculator uses the same equations vets use — RER/MER for food, the WSAVA 9-point body score, AAFCO/FEDIAF nutritional standards. No guesswork, no fad diets, no influencer myths.
No fillers — products or content
We won't sell food with vague "meat derivatives", and we won't pad articles with clickbait. Everything we stock and everything we publish has to actually help your pet.

The 45 calculators, 119 breed profiles and 153 food checks are 100% free with no login. Pet Pro adds unlimited AI, syncing and reminders for owners who want more — but the core stays open.

Our story
Alleavia started in 2024 in Kilkenny, Ireland — out of frustration. We were two pet owners (and software builders) tired of the same questions: How much should I really feed her? Is this food actually any good? Can dogs eat blueberries? Why does every "vet calculator" online want my email before showing a number?
So we built our own — and the more we built, the more friends and family asked to use them. The site grew from a single feeding calculator into a full library of pet-care tools, a pet rehoming marketplace and an AI vet-note translator.
Today we serve thousands of owners across Ireland, the UK and beyond. The tools are free; Pet Pro membership and paid AI reports keep the lights on. Our promise stays the same: everything we publish has to make your pet's life better, full stop.
