The Nebelung ("creature of the mist" in German) is essentially a long-haired Russian Blue, recognised as a separate breed in the 1990s. Same elegant build, vivid green eyes, and reputation for being well-tolerated by allergy sufferers.
Temperament
Quiet, gentle, reserved with strangers, deeply loyal.

Moderate.
Grooming
Semi-long double coat, brush 2× weekly.
Common health issues
Generally one of the longest-lived breeds. Watch for: bladder stones, obesity.
