🐈⬛ Siamese
Temperament
Vocal, social, intelligent, demanding. Siamese cats want to be involved in everything you do and will tell you about it loudly. They bond closely with one or two people and don't do well alone all day.
Exercise
Highly active and play-driven. Need interactive toys, vertical space, food puzzles. Many do well with a feline companion to play with.
Grooming
Short, fine coat. Weekly brushing is plenty.
Health
Generally healthy. Watch for: amyloidosis, asthma, dental disease, glaucoma, eyes (some lines have crossed eyes which is harmless), separation anxiety.

🐈⬛ Sphynx
Temperament
Energetic, mischievous, intensely social, attention-seeking. Sphynx cats often follow their humans like dogs and can be jealous of a single owner's attention.
Exercise
Very active. Need play, climbing, mental enrichment. Many do well with another cat for company.
Grooming
Surprisingly high. Weekly bathing is essential — skin oils that fur normally absorbs build up on the skin. Wipe ears weekly. Sphynx feel cold easily and may need sweaters in winter.
Health
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM — DNA test). Skin issues. Heat sensitivity (sunburn risk). Dental disease.
